WIP: This depends on Interactions.py releasing v5 as stable.

The Discord library NAFF has been superseded by Interactions.py. Most of the functionality and API is the same, but some changes in migration are expected.

The maintainer of NAFF is also the new (and previous) maintainer of Interactions.py
