Allow users to search a dictionary using Heimdallr.

E.g. Bokmåls- and Nynorskordbøkene, if UiB would kindly offer us API access. Apparently it's open to everyone now.

I'm starting this as a separate Python module, that can then be used in Heimdallr (or any other projects)
